It is a ground floor garden flat in a period conversion. Two good size double bedrooms, separate living room and a large kitchen. There is also a conservatory that receives lots of light during the course of the day, which the double doors of the living room open on to. Its comfortable and spacious, with a layout that allows you to walk through kitchen, conservatory, and living room in a circle. The flat itself is incredibly quiet, as the enclave of houses around means it quite peaceful and safe. The flat also benefits from being situated near lots of local amenities, with the rapidly evolving stratford also nearby. The flat also (rather fortunately) has free parking too. I'm looking for either professional people or possibly a small family, who will look after the property. Minimum rental period will be SIX months, but I'd prefer someone who will be willing to stay longer. Six week deposit will be required.
